Search Engines are your best friend if you're in the sports talk world. I'm serious, they are a life saver. Journalist, sports talk show host, analyst, and others in the media world are very knowledgeable on various topics, but everyone experiences on a weekly basis a "I dunno" question. Right now it deals with the World Cup. I admit, over the last few weeks I've used Google, yahoo, and other search engines to find various information on soccer news/stories. If I was fluent in other languages, I'm confident I could be an "expert" on the world cup.
It's no secret on how popular soccer is around the world. But, in the U.S.. it has always struggled to gain much popularity. Lately though, it has gained some momentum with the younger generation. Is it a sign of things to come? I guarantee it is!
Follow me on twitter @EricWLXG, I'm usually up for a good chat.
