BlueClaws Take Series with Shutout of Legends 
Box Score

One run was enough to give the Lakewood BlueClaws their seventh win in the past eight games as they blanked the Lexington Legends, 1-0, Saturday night at Applebee’s Park. 

It was Lakewood’s fifth shutout of the season and second in their last three games against the Legends.  They have thrown three since the start of the second half.

Next Up: The Legends take Sunday off to get to Charleston, SC to start a series with The River Dogs on Monday at 7:05.  Pre-game is at 6:50pm on ESPN SportsRadio 1300.

Crawford Taken by Lakers in 2nd Round of NBA Draft

UK's Official Site

Kentucky Guard Joe Crawford was taken by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2nd round of the NBA Draft.  Crawford was selected with pick number 58 in the draft.

Ramel Bradley, UK's other Senior on this year's team, was not taken.
